Modern self contained annex

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. (If you have any special dietary requirements, please email 24 hrs ahead. The Annex is newly refurbished including new carpets and a brand new ensuite shower room consisting of a nice and powerful thermostatic shower, wash basin and toilet. Toilet rolls and towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, clothes horse, kettle, toaster, cutlery, iron, crockery, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, bread and butter. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, hair dryer, TV with Netflix, chest of drawers and hanging space for coats, or suits etc. Central heating is in both the kitchenette and bedroom both with thermostatic valves so you can adjust the heating as required. I mainly work from home so I’m normally available to answer any questions or deal with any issues you may have. Guests have private access to their own self contained Annex and use of garden for enjoying the evening sun, bbq etc. I work from home and and have two children who stay with me regularly. I am available to answer any guest queries and happy to socialise when possible. The house is located very close to Waterlooville Town centre which has all amenities you could want. Depending on your taste, there are 3 pubs within 3 minutes walk all catering for different atmospheres from live music to a relaxing meal/quiet drink. Asda supermarket is also a 5 minutes walk away and for those without transport, the town centre bus station is also a short (less than 5 minutes) walk away. The house is well located in terms of access to main road links only 2 minutes away from the A3M motorway. We are 15 minutes drive from Portsmouth ferry terminals and 25 mins from Southampton airport. There are good bus links from waterlooville’s bus station which is 5 minutes walk away. Havant train station is a 10 minute drive and the portsmouth and Isle of Wight ferry terminals are both within 15-20 minute drive. The house is 2 minutes from the main A3M motorway but misses the traffic hotspots during rush hour and school times. Check in can be anytime after 3pm. Earlier can be arranged on request. If you wish to arrive later than 10pm, a key safe is provided so arrival can be anytime late into the night.
