This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Unterspreewald, only 150 m away from the Spree. It was completely renovated in 2019. Ideal to explore the Spreewald. Perfect for activities like hiking, canoeing and cycling. Quietly situated, with lots of space in the garden and a large terrace - ideal for barbecues or breakfast in summer. It has a living room, bedroom with box spring bed, small kitchen, bathroom with shower (newly tiled). Jetty in 150m available. The area of the house is 30 square meters. The area of the property is 300 sqm. To the holiday house belongs also a landing stage at the Spree, ca.150 m away - ideal for water hikers or fishers. width of the box spring bed: 1,60m The house is ideal for two people; a third person (e.g. a child) can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. All parts of the house including garden, terrace and jetty are accessible and usable for guests. We live directly in the village nearby and can usually be reached and approached at any time. Quiet location, only a few minutes walk to the Spree (150 m). Close to Tropical Islands. Easy to reach by car, ideal for cyclists. Various swimming lakes nearby. 45 minutes by car from Berlin. Trains run directly to Berlin from Halbe and Brand. Neu Lübbenau, Schlepzig, Burg etc. can be reached quickly by car (or bike). There are 2 car parking spaces available. Bikes can be stored on the property or in a nearby barn. There is a bus stop in the village. Smaller to medium-sized dogs (only one at a time, not several together) and other pets are allowed. A brand new oven was installed in January 2020. A cot is not available. Bicycles and a paddle boot can be rented on request.
