Large double bedroom in a 3-bed house in a quiet residential district of south Birmingham. Very quiet and selfcontained. View of a lovely garden from the window. Complementary tea and coffee station with selection of herbal teas. The room has its own private shower room and toilet so your privacy is assured. Towels are provided. There is a lock on the bedroom door to assure you of your security. There is also space for you to park on the drive. I live in the house but will respect your privacy and the only area we might meet is at the front door and on the stairs. I will greet you at the front door on your arrival to let you in and give you the keys. You are welcome to use the lounge and dining area, and the garden/patio. One mile from a lively high street with good shopping, places to drink and eat. Pleasant canalside walks nearby and an excellent park a mile away. Plenty of takeaways! 10 minute walk from buses into Birmingham, and just 5.6 miles from M42 J3, making it only half an hour from the airport and NEC. Free wifi available
