Welcome to the Old Butcher's Shop, a newly renovated pad located in the heart of the Holme Valley, ideal for cyclists, walkers, and Yorkshire explorers. Just an 8-minute walk into Holmfirth town centre, the Old Butcher's Shop is well located for exploring all that the beautiful 'Last of the Summer Wine' region has to offer - from breathtaking countryside, to the local vineyard, bars, restaurants and shops. Not to mention one of the best Indian takeaways in town right next door! For the cyclist, secure bike storage is provided. And for the design lover, the Old Butcher's Shop offers a perfect example of industrial chic, both outside and in. The inside space: Enter from the pavement into the semi outdoor-indoor bike yard via lockable gate. This space is specially designed for bike storage, with two Cycloc Endo wall mounted bike brackets and one Kryptonite Stronghold surface ground anchor provided, as well as a yard blind for privacy and an outside tap for rinsing bikes/boots/dogs. Enter from the bike yard into the property via the front door. Open plan, double height, flagged kitchen and dining area leads on to cosy lounge and shower room, up four steps to the back part of the split level ground floor. One double bed mezzanine located on first floor above lounge. Further mezzanine with single sofa bed above the dining area.
