Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms - a bright and airy master and a family room with three single beds. The estate facilities are excellent and for the exclusive use of residents. The leisure centre houses a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a lofty games hall with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, are a sun terrace and communal BBQ area, two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area.
