Small bedroom for 2 with breakfast near Amsterdam

Nice comfortable house in quiet and green environment/area near Amsterdam. You rent a small !! bedroom with a bed and cupboard only. But you can use the kitchen and you share the bathroom with me. If you wish to rent an extra (big) bedroom because you are with 4 people then please see my other advertisement "bedroom with sink and breakfast near Amsterdam". This one is also available ofcourse if you wish to rent a bigger bedroom for 2 people only. Please note: As for now I only accept guests from Europe, due to Covid situation. And only guests from Europe who can deliver proof of vaccination by means of a vaccination passport upon reservation . I myself live alone and I have been vaccinated twice with Pfizer vaccine. Upon request I can give you copy of my vaccination passport. The house is comfortable and by bus you can reach the centre of Amsterdam in only one hour with direct bus line. Also Schiphol airport is very nearby (half hour-hour by bus). Parking is free. * Bus 342 Schiphol to Aalsmeer, busstop Zwarteweg Aalsmeer is approximately 20 minutes plus 10 minutes walk from busstop to my house. Other way around: Aalsmeer to Schiphol airport bus 342 also 20 minutes plus 10 minutes walk, but this bus continues to Amsterdam Central Station. Total amount of traveling time approx. 45 minutes. * Bus 357 Aalsmeer to Amsterdam centre: departure Beethovenlaan Aalsmeer (7 minutes walk from my house). Total amount of traveling time is 1 hour. Both buslines run frequently, also at night. Please note: As for now I only accept guests from Europe, due to Covid situation. Please note that there is a bus stop at 500 metres from my house. This bus will bring you from my home directly to Amsterdam South where you can change to metro direction Amsterdam Central Station or any other stop in the center of Amsterdam within an hour. Amsterdam South is also a train station with connections to any other city in The Netherlands. Please check website Connexxion bus Uber taxi from Amsterdam or Schiphol airport is available. Please upload the app. During your stay or before, I will be pleased to give you information on touristic, transport or practical issues. I will be glad to give suggestions on where to eat, how to get food delivered at home etc. Serveral city maps are available. You will also find a map with tourist information and info on public transport in your room. You can reach me any time for questions regarding your stay. I find good communication important. Quiet and green neighbourhood just outside centre of Aalsmeer. Plenty of restaurants in neighbourhood. Busstop at 12 minutes walking distance. Small supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Small beach at lakeside at 3 minutes walking distance. Please use the app 9292, or the app Moovit for information on public transport to Aalsmeer, Amsterdam, etc. By car, by bus or from the airport or Amsterdam with Uber taxi. By bus you can reach the centre of Amsterdam in only one hour with direct bus line. Also Schiphol airport is very nearby (half hour-hour by bus). I WILL SUPPLY BREAKFAST FOR THE FIRST MORNING ONLY. YOU CAN BUY YOUR OWN BREAKFAST/FOOD AFTER THAT (supermarket around the corner) AND USE REFRIGERATOR TO STORE FOOD.
