Beautiful renovated villa with a large garden

Our house is a completely renovated, 114 years old, former farmhouse on a property of 2.000 m2. The house is painted white. The whole except the study and the garage can be used. It is located in a nice neighborhood of the small city, Son en Breugel (nearby Eindhoven) in the south of the Netherlands. The farmhouse is very authentic, situated on a fenced property of 2.200 m2. It has it's own unique style and has a lot of space: many large rooms. Guests can use the large living, kitchen and dining area with all equipment. There are two bathrooms (one with bath) and toilets on the ground as well as on the first floor. The three sleeping rooms for guests are on the first floor. It is also possible to wash and dry clothing in a separate utility room. You can relax in the beautiful, large garden. There is always a place where you can find sun or shade. And enjoy everything that grows and flowers in the garden. We will not be at home during the rental, but can always be reached per mobile. Family lives close by to support in case necessary. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. There is a supermarket and a school at approx. 500 meters distance. The forest is at walking distance. There is a bus station nearby. By car you are on the highway within 5 minutes. Eindhoven city centre is only 12 km and easy to reach per bus. On the premises we have a few chicken and pigeons (caged at some distance from the house). They will be fed daily by one of our friends.
