Privet fully equipped guest house/studio with big patio, close to the sea/beach and Stockholm city. The studio is newly built in 2017 and situated in a beautiful villa garden. Totally private with a large patio with furniture and parasol for outdoor relaxation. Inside you have everything you need. Kitchen and a bathroom with shower including washing machine and dryer. A big room with two real beds used as a corner sofa during the day, single beds during the night. Can also easily be moved to a double bed. A dining table, TV and AC/Heater. And private parking The location of the studio/guesthouse is in one of the nicest villa suburb in Stockholm, on the island of Lidingö, and just near the water and forest. The perfect location if you visit Stockholm and want to be close to the city but at the same time near to the archipelago and nature. There are lots of wonderful hiking paths perfect for walks or runs. The "Lidingöloppet" (famous cross country running competition) path just around the corner and 3 minutes walk to the sea and beach. 7 minutes walk to the bus that takes you to the subway with a few stops into Stockholms center (total time about 30 minutes to commute to Stockholm's center) You can actually also take the boat to the subway. 3 min walk to the water and the landing stage for the boat that passes about 5 times a day from / to Ropsten (subway station) and Storholmen. Also possible to visit the litle island of Storholmen with a nice restaurant. The Lidingö center with food stores, H&M, book store, meat/cheese store and fish store is 10 minutes away by car or bus. The host family has two small dogs and lives in the back of the garden but with total privacy although nearby for any support you would need.
