Fully refurbished in the heart of Sherwood Forest
This is a modern townhouse in the heart of Sherwood Forest-county with great nearby walks and mountain-biking trails. Local local amenities include shops, pub, bistro, take-away, library, bike shop and more. The property is undergoing complete refurbishment hence the lack of photos at this present time. An attached garage is available on request, off street parking and is located in a quiet area with lovely views and immediate access to countryside walks as well as easy access to Nottingham I present for you a terraced town house in a conservation area in the heart of the Sherwood Forest with access to woodland walks and cycle rides, lovely countryside and traditional pubs You have total access to the whole of the property except the garage. However, the garage may be used on request for storage of items such as bikes I am totally available to guests and live just 5 minutes walk away. Guests will not see the host except maybe for a personal introduction and any help required during the stay We are located in the conservation area of a traditional Nottinghamshire village with all of the amenities you would expect of a small town including a Tesco express, post office, bistro pub, take aways and a library. There is immediate access to lovely countryside and forest walks and bike rides. Nottingham is just 10 miles away offering everything a modern city has. Local history is concentrated at Newstead Abbey - the home of Lord Byron and of course in and around Sherwood Forest with the legend of Robin Hood. In short, the area has everything you could possibly need for a short break, a longer vacation or even somewhere to stay on a business trip. I look forward to welcoming you. There is parking available on the property for 1 car. More vehicles can be parked on nearby street spaces. The village centre is 10 minutes walk where you can find a Tesco Express, fish and chips, post offices, bike shop, library, gym. Nottingham is about 8 miles away and there is a bus service running through the village. There is a Bistro pub 2 minutes walk away where you can enjoy breakfast and evening meals. There is a traditional English pub serving traditional foods about 3/4 mile away. Car parking is limited to one car on the premises. There is sufficient local space for a second car but 3 cars adds too much pressure to the neighbourhood roads. It is requested that guests park additional cars respectfully of other neighbours’ access needs
