Holiday Rental Château-Mevius Hachan

Our charming holiday home, called Château Mevius, was built in 2003 and renovated in early 2019. The property is 90m² and consists of a large, light living room. A spacious kitchen, where you can easily eat with 4 people. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. The property has free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The holiday home stands on the edge of a small river in a picturesque park full of trees of 2 hectares. The property is located in the town of Hachan in the south of the Midi Pyrenees, at the foot of the Pyrenees. One of the strong points of this property is the 2-hectare site. This is full of trees, on the edge of a charming river and almost in the center of a typical French small village. Winter period: The property is also very suitable for the winter period. The attic is well insulated with glass wool. There is double glazing and there are electric shutters. The heating is supplied by the wood stove and electric radiators. The property is in the village of Hachan. Hachan is a small village with around 40 inhabitants and is very rural. From the house you can see the Pyrenees in clear weather, these are located an hour's drive from the house. Around the house you have two hectares of private land, where there are many different trees and plants, where you can walk. A small river runs over the plot, where you could possibly fish and where you can relax. The house also has a terrace, where you can relax in good weather. In the summer period (May to October) you have a swimming pool at your disposal. The area is very peaceful, but a 10-minute drive with all mod cons, such as; bakery, butcher, supermarket, and restaurants. This house is 10 minutes from Castelnau-Magnoac; 20 minutes from Boulogne-sur-Gesse; 30 minutes from Lannemezan; 50 minutes from Tarbes and Auch; 1 hour from Lourdes; 1.5 Parc national Pyrenees and 2 hours from Toulouse.
