New Forest Shepherds Hut

Shepherds Hut ideal for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors, it has 2 single beds which offer a perfect place to rest after a long day walking or riding, the New Forest has lots of cycling and walking routes from our site, motorcyclists or cyclists welcome. The facilities are basic with a small gas hob to boil a kettle or make a small meal. A toilet and shower are available but are outside the hut in a separate building. The hut is tucked away in the corner with a view of the ducks and chickens. A picnic bench outside allows you to enjoy a well deserved drink at the end of a day or the perfect cuppa before you start your adventure. This is a working small holding, so farming activities take place all the time. There are 2 single beds, set up is one single with a pull out single underneath. There is a small electric fire in the hut to add to the cosy feel. Basic cooking facilities, cooler box and two burner hob. We live and work on site so are always around. People who have stayed on the campsite say it has a lovely vibe about it, many returning guests who wish to walk or cycle from site. There are 4 pubs all within walking distance, one offering great take outs. There is no public transport locally so your own transport is necessary. We are happy to loan maps but would recommend you down load one before you arrive. It is also dark as we don't have many street lights, so remember a torch.
