This elegant portion of a two-family house is set just 10 km from the beautiful town of Orvieto. The property is located in a dominating position, set on a gentle hill overlooking breath taking views of a beautiful valley. The 2 units have independent access from an opposite private entrance, equipped outdoor area and there is parking on the property (the house owner lives in the other part of the house). The accommodation boasts a large inviting swimming pool set amongst the beautiful greenery that is shared with the owner. Inside the accommodation you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and in the lving room there is a sofa bed so the house can fit up to 6 guests. The house was restored using traditional materials to maintain the rustic atmosphere; some pieces of furniture are made by a renowned local craftsman and the results are very pleasing and make your stay enjoyable and relaxing so you won’t want to leave! In summertime there are plenty of gourmet festivals, musical events and fairs in the area of Orvieto. Be sure to visit places like the beautiful Lake Corbara with the Tiber River Park (excursions and canoeing) 6 km, Orvieto 10 km, Todi and Lake Bolsena 28 km, Viterbo and its thermal springs 41 km. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person.
