Birchwood house farm, Shepherds hut, Nr Romsey,

Our lovely shepherds hut is located at the top of our large garden, on our 65 acre arable farm, 10 minutes from Paultons park, and Peppa pig. Romsey is 10 mins away, Salisbury, Southampton approx 30 mins. There is a local pub approx 1 mile, which serves excellent food. There is also a tea room. I no longer supply a welcome pack, due to covid. NEW for 2021 our Posh Pod by Paultons, if 2 families would like to stay together. NB. our post code is SO51 6FF, or put nedlo dog agility in the sat nav. The Shepherd hut sleeps 4, with a pull out double bed, and bunk beds for children. it has an inside toilet and shower, and a fold out table, a kitchen area with a small fridge, 2 ring hob, hot and cold water inside and out. It also has a small woodburner. also free logs for fire, bedding and towels are supplied. hair dryer in cupboard. NB, I would like to be honest and say that 4 will be cosy, although the bunk beds are suitable for adults ( small adults in the bunks ) You are welcome to use all the front garden, including the football goal. Guest can park right by the shepherds hut, where it says hut parking There is normally somebody about to answer questions, or help with local knowledge, and directions. The village is small, but there is a local pub which serves lovely food with homemade desserts, a tea room within walking distance, and a small shop at the local caravan park. We are situated between Romsey and Salisbury, Romsey approx 10 mins in a car, Salisbury about 30 mins, we also have the great Paultons park, with Peppa pig world less than 15 mins away. Or if you fancy a trip to the sea, Bournemouth approx 40 mins. Winchester also approx 30 mins. Also the lovely New Forest being 10-20 mins. I would like to add, that there is dog agility training, which takes place outside in the spring, from end March/beginning April til Oct, Mon - Thurs evening group classes 6pm-9pm, and one to one sometimes during the day, so there may be a little bit of barking. THERE IS A DOG SHOW ON THE 16TH AND 17TH JULY, SO CARS AND DOGS ARRIVING FROM 7AM.
