Lovely villa close to Stockholm city

Our home is a spacious villa with a large garden in a calm neighbourhood. The house was built in the 30:s and extended (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The interior is light and nordic in style. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large and open livingroom offers several comfortable sofas as well as dining for a larger company. In the basement are washing facilities including washer, dryer and plenty of space as well as a small sauna. The house has three floors, so climbing stairs is a must. In the basement there is a lounge complete with Playstation4 as well as some training equipment including a treadmill and an execrise bike. Here you will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. A shower, toilet and also a small sauna ready for use. The ground floor houses kitchen, dining area, living room, a toilet and the 4th bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster etc. On the top floor you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of space for clothes. The second bedroom is spacious with plenty of room for an extra inflatable mattress if needed. The fourth bedroom has an extendable bed. Wifi is available throughout the house. The TV is equipped with an extensive range of channels as well as a (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast. The house is also equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on all floors. The alarm system is easy to use and can be activated in home mode during the night for extra security if it makes you feel more comfortable. The garden has sunshine all day, starting on the balcony with the possibility of having breakfast as the sun rises. The upper terrace is secluded and sunny all day, and the lower terrace has a wonderful position for afternoon and sunset. The large lawn works well for both football as well as bouncing on the trampoline or swinging on the swingset. There are plenty of toys for both indoor and outdoor use. There are bikes, kick bikes and skateboards for both adults and children. Your host will be available for questions and can come by the house within an hour if needed. Our house is situated in a calm neighbourhood. Within walking distance you find: - Kottla lake - a warm lake excellent for swimming with several public barbecue grills. Kottla is surrounded by forest. There are both undisturbed areas as well as exercise paths for walking/running/mountain biking. - Stora Värtan - the main waterway entrance to Stockholm City. Here the cruise ships pass alongside private boats and the Waxholm ferries taking you out into the Stockholm archipelago. - Brevik - small shopping square with grocery store, a few restaurants, barbershop and dry cleaners. The island of Lidingö is one of Stockholms beautiful suburbs with plenty of spectacular houses and green areas. The island measures approx 5x14 km, has two golf courses, riding facilities and of course all necessary service including restaurants ranging from the local pizzerias or sushi houses to more ambitious fine dining. Lidingö Centrum is a local shopping centre with 30-something shops ranging from clothes and toys, to a fish market and Systembolaget where you can stock up on drinks. You can park your car just outside the door. Driving into Stockholm City centre takes approx (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins depending on address. Public transportation is a 5 minute walk and will connect you to the subway or archipelago boats in 15 minutes.
