Relaxing Rooms in Rowlands Castle.

Dual aspect bedroom with small double bed. Travel cot available on request. This room is located next to the guest's bathroom looking over to a quiet cul de sac and the large back garden. South facing room warm and inviting. Second single room with spacious wardrobe area. Each room is also available to rent individually. Sole use of the guest's bathroom if booking both rooms. Guests can access the kitchen, dining room, and large garden area with patio. I am happy to socialise with the guests or give space whatever is preferred. Rowlands Castle is an exquisite little village with 4 pubs, a convenience store and a hardware store together with a café, a wool shop and pharmacy and GP's surgery. There is also an estate agents and a lovely village green. There are also beautiful walks see below in a peaceful, rural setting despite being only twenty minutes from Portsmouth, 5 minutes from Havant and 20 minutes from Petersfield. Rowlands Castle is served by a railway station on the Portsmouth Direct Line between London Waterloo and Portsmouth served by the generally hourly stopping service. There is just one significant bus route which operates every two hours during core daytime and goes via Leigh Park, Havant and Denvilles to Emsworth. The village is crossed by various long-distance footpaths, the Monarch's Way, Sussex Border Path, Staunton Way and Shipwrights Way. Additionally National Cycle Route 22 passes by the village green on its route from Havant to Petersfield. There is ample parking at my property and all around the village. There is a little Jack Russell living with me and two young cats. They are all very well behaved and will add to the experience of staying with me. Not suitable for anyone allergic to cats or dogs.
