The cottage is fully furnished and has access to all amenities. Great transport links to the A12 and highly proximate to Ipswich and Colchester. Well placed to travel to and from Harwich. Junction of A12 and A14 making it easy stopover place to travel to East Anglia. There is onsite private parking and entrance. Set in a picturesque Suffolk village, this cottage is perfect for both commuters and holiday goers. There are few shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants within walking distance. Very easy access from A12. Only 45 minutes drive to M25. Easy for travelers coming from Harwich to stop over. There is a private patio area overlooking the garden. Modern lounge area with TV, radio and large patio windows. Ideal place to work from , easy to travel on route to Norfolk and Suffolk coast. You will have access to the whole of the cottage, it is self contained. With no sharing of bathrooms, kitchen or lounging facilities. I usually come and say hello. But will be available for any queries or help if needed. Near the cottage there are many great walks through the countryside. The Constable county Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) is less than 5 min drive. Many other nearby attractions such as, Alton water, Dedham Vale, Flatford Mills, and the bustling riverside of Ipswich, with Cinema and Restaurants. Felikstowe and seaside just 25 minutes away. There is a Co op and Grocery shop in the village which are both open till late for essentials, There is local Pub Queens head serving good food nearby. There are buses that run to Ipswich and Colchester. The house is close to Ipswich town center. (12 min Drive via A12) Please leave the place clean as you find. Wash , dry and put the utensils away .
