The luxury house with fireplace

In the ground floor is the saloon with functional fireplace ( wood included), kitchen with all the facilities, private bathroom, technical small place with washing machine and glass door for terrace, where is possible to grill or to set a swimming pool for children. Upstairs is one more bedroom with private WC and the bath a TV and one more room with the sofa. A child or a thin person can sleep there couple of nights of course.
