Garage apartment on 2 acre homesite

Private garage apartment of beautiful secluded home on 2 1/2 acre homesite. Easy access to 380, Central Expressway (75), the North Dallas Tollway & the Sam Rayburn Tollway (121). Feels like you're getting away but still close to amenities. Come and relax in this 500 square foot apartment over our guest garage. There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with a shower along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a DirecTV satellite television in the main living area and a small dining table next to a compact kitchenette with all the necessary appliances including a Keurig for your morning coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the closet to the left when you enter the apartment. We usually like to greet our guests upon arrival if possible. We will usually be on-site in our portion of the home which is downstairs and offer complete privacy for our guests during their stay. We will be available by phone call or text should guests need anything. We are located in a subdivision with homes on 2 to 20 acre lots in a rural atmosphere that is just minutes away from shopping and restaurants with easy access to the North Dallas Tollway and 75 (Central Expressway) as well as 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway). It is best to have your own transportation when staying here. Most shopping and restaurants are only available by car. Uber provides services in our area, if desired.
