We are A small Penzión, with a Bar and Restaurant where Lunch and evening meals are available. Bar is open daily till late. All our guests are treated like friends. Remata is a quiet little village off the main road. Surrounded by forests. It has a Train station and on a bus route. Winter snow and skiing, summer sun and hiking, mountain biking, sight seeing or simply just relaxing. A 10 minute train ride to the main town Prievidza, Bojnice and Handlova. If you love peace and tranquility you'll love our Penzión. Birds singing, sound of the stream opposite, squirrels jumping through the trees all this and more sitting on our sunny terrace. There's A private entrance to the rooms. Guests are permitted in the Bar, Restaurant, Garden. In 2019 we will be having A swimming pool put in, which will be available to guests only. As we are secluded if you fancy getting an all over tan we don't get offered. All we ask is you put something on when entering the bar or restaurant. If you want A family or friend get together, you can book the whole place exclusively. We can sleep up to 14 sharing rooms. We are very adaptable to anyone's requirements. If you have A special diet please say when booking. We are here to make your stay with us, as enjoyable as possible. We are always on site. Downstairs is the bar, restaurant and small lounge area, with sofa and TV. There is game counsels available to play. We serve local beers, wines & spirits. It is very picturesque place, towards mid Slovakia. Very green with forests and beautiful mountains. If your an artist, or love the outdoors, or peace and tranquility. Then there's no better place. I'm English and fell in love with this area of Slovakia. Remata boasts one of the top places in Slovakia, for best quality of air. we have parking for 6 cars, Remata has A train station with frequent trains. We also are on a bus route, and taxis are also available. Main town Prievidza is only 10 minutes away. Which has shops, cinemas, restaurants, bars, night clubs, shopping malls, fast food places. 15 minutes away is Bojnice, which has lovely spa's, Zoo and a beautiful castle. Nothing is expensive here, but the quality the service is the best.
