Quiet self contained annex with workspace

Self contained annex with separate entrance and facilities. Access to garden which is shared with the hosts. Ample parking space on a shared drive. Annex consists of a comfortable lounge/dining area, small kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed with ample storage space and an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower hose, bath gel and shampoo is provided. Hand soap is provided by each sink. There is a separate small room with desk. Sole use of space with access to shared garden. Whilst internally the property is all on one level there is a raised paving area in front of the entrance of about 4.5 inches and the step into the main door is 8 inches. Inside the access to the shower is about 10 inches, otherwise all is on one level. We are usually available if you have any problems or need additional information. Hosts Peta and Colin have lived in Shalford since 1984. Shalford is about 2 miles south of Guildford and has a small supermarket, a popular cafe, post office and two pubs all within walking distance of the property. 10 minute walk to station for trains to Guildford and London or to Portsmouth. For Southampton change at Woking. Shalford station is on the route between Reading and Redhill (with link to Gatwick Airport). Breakfast items will be provided, usually croissants or brioche with a selection of jams and marmalade. With prior notice we can provide cereals if preferred. Milk, teas and coffees are always supplied.
