Spacious and Cozy Basement Studio

My place is 2 minutes from Lynchburg College, 11 minutes from Liberty University, and 13 minutes from Randolf College. You’ll love my place because it is spacious, has a comfy queen size bed, a large living room area, and it is very cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The studio has a separate entrance and is very private. Although there is no kitchen, you will find a space with a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a refrigerator stocked with drinks, snacks, and breakfast goodies! The living room is equipped with TV (streaming through Roku) and WiFi access. The space includes a comfortable queen size bed. The space is dedicated for two guests only. One additional guest will pay $15.00 a night. Guests can access the studio apartment from a separate entrance located at the back of the house. I am available for questions through telephone and texting. Quiet neighborhood Guests can park in front of the house. I have a beautiful dog called Neige. She is a mixed (husky? akita? something else?) rescue dog who stays away from people she doesn't know. You will hardly see or hear her!
