Studio-Apartment few steps from the beach (300mt)

Cozy and comfortable two-level apartment at about 300mt from the beach, in the heart of Lido Sant'Angelo, Rossano's coastal side. The house is an independent apartment for 4/6 people. It's located few minutes by car from Rossano's commercial heart and from the gorgeous, rich, and ancient citadel of Rossano Paese (where the Codex Purpureus is preserved). Driving few minutes you'll be able to visit fantastic cultural sites, one of the biggest water parks in Italy, and incredible natural parks. The house is dated June 2016, very cozy and practical. The spaces are conceived to be wide, airy and comfortable. It's provided with 2 toilets, two big double rooms, a two-pax sofa bed, Hi-Fi, television and a fully equipped kitchen. The ceilings are high at the ground floor and very high at the first floor. In the backyard you can relax in intimacy and have open-air breakfasts and dinners, while in the balcony at the first floor you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea while reading a book at the sunset. When you come back home from a long day at the beach, you can also enjoy a shower in the yard before entering the apartment. By driving few minutes you'll be able to visit fantastic cultural/artistic sites in the area, one of the biggest water parks in Italy, and incredible game reserves/natural parks. The nearest airports are Sant'Eufemia (cod: SUF - 2h by car; a shuttle service operates during summer time), Crotone-Sant'Anna (1,5h by car) and Bari (2h by car; a shuttle service operates usually). At the Sibari's little port you can rent yacht and other boats, while other touristic ports are not nearby. The entire apartment is accessible to guests Whenever in Rossano I'm available to meet guests in any case of need. Otherwise, guests can easily reach me out on my mobile while members of my family in Rossano will be happy to help likewise. Lido Sant'Angelo is a coastal neighborhood that's very lively during summer and very quiet for the rest of the year. The apartment is located upon a new little street and this allows you to enjoy a cozy and intimate atmosphere when at home, even if you can go to a pizzeria/bar/pub/gelateria/club walking few steps :) For the time being, only one bus line links Lido Sant'Angelo to Rossano's center. The public bus stop isn't far from the apartment. Public transportation in Rossano is not the best (just one bus line operates from the beach to Rossano Paese, passing through the city center). If you can, bring/rent your car/motorcycle - you'll have a private parking just in front of your yard.
