If you are looking for tradition, history, street, and local culture, yes! you will find it here. Near downtown, Sambodromo, Cinelândia, Candelaria, Lapa, Santos Dumont Airport, Central do Brasil, public transportation, traditional carnival bands from downtown and surroundings ... I moved recently and the place is still not 100% structured. Still being worked to be a photography studio. Accommodations will be adapted as needed. I set up tents for greater privacy in the case of couples or even singles. The apartment is a single area of 130 m2, with 2 bathrooms, high ceiling,s and windows, no rooms.
