The house is ideal for a group of families holidaying together. Suitable for winter with central heating throughout, 3 solid fuel stoves, underfloor heating to master suite and main bathroom. Ideally located within an immaculately managed vineyard. 5 minutes of numerous bars, restaurants and shopping in Costigliole D'Asti. 15 minutes from historical City of Asti and 25 minutes from the beautiful city of Alba. The house is equipped with 2 hair dryers, a baby stroller, high chair and 2 travel cots. No need to carry any of these items to the house. The pool is open from June to September. There is an option to heat the pool at an additional Euro 250/week. Heating is not normally required in July and August, however some guests prefer the extra comfort. Winery and food product tours can be arranged and we have a local interpreter that can accompany you on any tours if required.
