Boutique Penthouse Apartment - Villa with Garden and parking

It's Located in a central area but thanks to the small garden surrounding it, is truly a quiet island in every season of the year. The layout was conceived by a famous Architect and his decoration was carefully selected, combining design elements with family furnitures and objects that have been part of my life. The place consists of a large living open space which includes a living room with TV area, dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area is separated by a hallway, which overlooks the two bedrooms and bathrooms, one full bath and shower, and the second, serviced, equipped with large sink, toilet and washing machine. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed cm 160 x 200, a large closet and comes with a 32 "flat screen TV. From the room also accesses the walk-in wardrobe, equipped with ironing board and steam iron. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and a table: it's a quiet place to work comfortably with your PC !! We can add 1 single bed in the living room upon request. Free wifi in all rooms.The apartment is accessed from the main door. Located on the second floor (no lift) and totally independent from the other two apartments in the villa. The whole apartment is available for Guests only. Guests will be welcomed at check-in personally. We will provide all necessary information, but will have total privacy. We are available 24 hrs for any needs, since we are living in the apartment at the ground floor. We offer for free 1 car parking in the yard of the Villa. We only ask Guests to be allowed to move the car when needed. We also can keep secured bicycles or motorbikes. The Villa is a 5-minute walk from Cirie's Railway Station which connects the Airport and the Turin Center every 30 minutes with modern and comfortable fast trains ( Cirie' - Turin city center 30')
