Fabric spots and stripes and gingham There’s an outside seating area for your use The guest loo which is opposite the room Is “industry interior” -exposed bricks etc The house is very large and a wonder of quirks and creativity This is no corporate box of a hotel. We will be available much of the time but this space is for guests wanting not to share really We will leave you to get on with it Inner city multicultural Lots of diversity Unique and friendly area - most people here have lived here for years and are passionate about the area. It’s not a leafy suburb at all. There’s a small park nearby and a wood. It’s a 2 mile walk down hill to city Centre. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Northern General hospital We are very near beautiful countryside - the Peaks, Derbyshire and beyond Excellent public transport to Centre by bus We are not on the tram route Free Parking on street Please note check in time is mutually negotiable ( between 3pm and 10 )between guest and host I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferred time but can’t always do that due to my life restrictions Also - no additional guests allowed in house due to shared guest loo and covid safety
