It is within a 10 minute drive to Agros village and a 40 minute drive to the cities of Limassol and Nicosia. This exquisite Mountain Villa can provide you with all the comforts you will require for a relaxing break, including a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (the two with private bathrooms). The living room has a fireplace, air-conditioning , TV, electric heating, off-white parquet floors and a plaster board ceiling with hidden spot lights. The spacious kitchen includes the dining area, where you can enjoy your meal, along with the beautiful view of a peaceful landscape. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, build-in electric oven, electric cooktop and a large sink. There is also a washing machine. From the living room, you can step out to your own paradise. A magnificent private garden with olive and cypress trees and a fish pond. Right across the 2 wooden garden bridges, you can find the equipped BBQ kiosk and the patio. Natural rocks and stone paths, are preserving the comfort and style of such a signature villa. The villages of Agios Theodoros and Agros both maintain their traditional character and offer the visitor the opportunity to visit significant historical, religious and cultural sites. At the village of Agios Theodoros there is a mini market where you can buy basics like milk, bread, eggs etc. There is also a butcher and a restaurant in the village. At the village of Agros one can find traditional coffee shops, restaurants and shops where you can buy fresh goods. Agros is famous for its rosewater production and its traditional sweets and hence around the area, the visitors can experience many Cypriot traditional delicacies Furthermore, the nature lovers can enjoy long walks in the well maintained and signposted nature trails available in the area, which introduce the walker to the flora and fauna. The host can meet the guests at the house on their arrival, answer their questions on the different functions of the house and on the surrounding area. Maps of the area and information on nearby nature trails can be provided on request. A car is necessary to reach the location as no public transport is available. The house is at a great location, with no immediate neighbours. The location allows for exploration of the Troodos area which is rich in Cypriot tradition, culture and nature.
