From the bedroom, you have access to a 30 m², south-facing terrace, equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, a stainless-steel charcoal barbecue and an electric table grill. Boasting beautiful views of the surrounding gardens, this is the perfect place to a fresh morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Due to the apartment’s marvelous location, a supermarket, bakery, a butcher’s and a bus stop are located within a 280 m radius (or 3 minutes walking). The main shopping streets of city centre are furthermore just about a 10-minute walk or 1 km away. As the Middle Rhine Valley is especially cherished for its romantic ruins, vineyards and gorgeous outdoors, you will find historic castles, wineries and amazing hikes just a few kilometres away. Street parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the courtyard. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. As the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, guests are requested to respect the neighbors and to keep noise levels at a minimum after 10pm.
