Chevin Loft - stunning views

Chevin Loft provides comfortable studio style accommodation with stunning views across the picturesque Derwent Valley. The perfect spot for those who love to walk, with the Chevin only a short stroll away and the dramatic Peak District within easy reach. We can’t wait to welcome guests to share our amazing views and beautiful countryside. With its own private access the loft has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The shower room is also downstairs. On the upper floor is an open plan bedroom/sitting room with DVD player, dining table & chairs. Colin and I live in the adjacent house so will be on hand to meet you when you arrive. A welcome basket will be provided upon arrival. The town of Belper with its historic mills can be seen from your window and is a pleasant 20 minute downhill walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and to learn more about Jedidiah Strutt and his part in the Industrial Revolution. With Dovedale, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Ashbourne, and many beauty spots in easy reach. We will provide you with recommendations for local pubs, farm shops and delis for tasty lunches or dinner. Having lived in the area for many years we are happy to answer any questions on what to see, how to get there and what we love the most, but if you just want peace and quiet you have the ideal spot. There is a microwave and toaster but no hob or oven in the kitchenette.
