The house is surrounded by nature and other properties of a similar standing. It is positioned on hilly terrain and therefore it is accessed as if you enter the higher ground floor.On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and living room which offers a great space to relax, and a bathroom, whilst the gallery with seating area and second bathroom are located in the attic. in the basement you will also find an activity room with some gym equipment and a table tennis table. All floors are connected by internal stairs and give the impression of one large open space. The lowest ceiling height in the property is in the eaves and is 0,94 m. The swimming pool with section for children is located at the back of the house within a lovely sun terrace, ideal for catching a few of those summer rays, . There is also a barbeque with benches and outdoor kitchen. The third bathroom is situated outside of the house, by the swimming pool.
