BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE PLUS BUNKHOUSE WITH OCEAN VIEW AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL IN NOVA SCOTIA. Sunday - Sunday weekly rentals for June-September months. Set in Malagash, the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait on the North Shore await you in Canada’s Ocean Playground! This property has something for everyone! Make no mistake, the main attraction is the fantastic beach, which is a one minute walk from the cottage. At low tide, you can walk for kms on the sand while enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean and distant islands, or relax on a beach chair while soaking up the sun enjoying your favorite book. As the tide comes in, enjoy swimming in the warmest waters in the Maritimes! Other features include a large screened in porch, a beautiful place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset in a bug-free and lighted environment. Enjoy a bike ride, walk, or quick drive to the Jost winery, just 3kms away. This rental also includes kayaks, outdoor games, and a fire pit. More local attractions include the Malagash Cidery (5.5kms), four great golf courses including Fox Harbour Resort, Northumberland Links, Brule Point, and Wallace River all within a 30 minute drive, a number of walking and hiking trails, Blue Sea Beach Provincial Park (10kms), and the towns of Tatamagouche (17kms) and Pugwash (26kms) in either direction. The cottage plus bunkhouse can sleep 8 comfortably. The cottage features two bedrooms with two queen beds, and large ceiling fans plus a pull-out sofa in the main living area with a double mattress. The bunkhouse includes two double bunk beds, a ceiling fan and screened patio door for an additional ocean breeze. A toddler bed and playpen/crib are also available. Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday during the July -September dates and a minimum 2 night stay for reduced rates during the off season.
