Light airy family home 🏡 in the town of Oakham just a 10 minute walk from the town center. Situated in the picturesque county of Rutland near Rutland Water. Our home is perfect for a stress free family holiday with beautiful decor, a welcome hamper 🧺, toys 🧸, game consoles 🎮, a separate play room, child friendly bedrooms and a fully enclosed garden. Once you get the little ones to sleep 🛏 you can set up the video baby monitors and relax in the hot tub watching Netflix with a glass of fizz 🥂. Beautiful family home 🏡 with entrance hall, lounge, downstairs toilet, large dining kitchen, conservatory/playroom with lots of toys 🧸 and a game console 🎮, summerhouse with hot tub, 3 bedrooms, and bathroom with whirlpool bath 🛀 and separate toilet, fully enclosed large garden with BBQ, outdoor seating for 8 around the table and a climbing frame. There will also be a welcome hamper 🧺 waiting for you on arrival. Guests have use of the whole house , garden and hot tub with parking outside on the quiet cul-de-sac. There is a key box so you can arrive at any time to suit you, if you have any problems we are on hand an can be with you in a few minutes. You can walk into Oakham easily in 10 minutes, there will also be some bikes and scooters in the front shed that you are welcome to use. If you want to go further you will need a car or you can get the train to Stamford, Melton Mobray, Peterborough, Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham, or London. There are also busses available from Oakham town center that go to Melton, Stamford and Corby.
