Welcoming and well insulated holiday house of 102 m2 in one level with large garden. Well equipped kitchen with extractor, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridge/freezer. Equipment for 8-12 people. Large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Spacious living room with dining area (8 pers.) and lounge area with view of the garden. From the lounge area there is access to large terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed and access to garden/terrace. 2 terraces. Spacious living room with wood burner, satellite tv w/ 54 channels, Musicplayer, DVD, Apple TV and free wireless internet access. Large terrace with garden tables and chairs for 12 persons. 2 parasols and lounger. Garden games and toys are available and beach toys. 2 minute walk to nice shallow, child-friendly beach. There is a 50 m jetty with safety railings and stairs to the water and a lower platform with the possibility of boarding in kayak/other boats. Access to entire house. Except two store rooms in separate building next to the summer house. Feel free to call or text if you have any questions or issues. The summer house is in second row to the sea. 2 minute walk from nice child-friendly beach (bay water). Minor summer cottage settlement. The area is calm and well-suited for families and nature lovers who don't mind visits in the garden from deer, partridges, pheasants, black and brown squirrels and owls and other wildlife. Located in a typical Danish agricultural area close to inlet and woods. Public transportation with bus from nearby town (Holbæk) or you can always travel by taxi. Holbæk is a lively town with shops, cafes and cultural activities a 20 minute drive from the summer house. Free parking for 3 cars on the premises.
