Languages: English, German, Spanish Algorfa is a small, charming and very typical Spanish town just 10-15 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar and only a 30 minutes' drive away from Alicante Airport as well as Murcia-San Javier Airport. The peace in this village is ideal for people who are looking for a relaxing stay in the Costa Blanca region. Orange and Lemon groves line the roads surrounding the village which creates a very special atmosphere and smell and from the apartment complex "El Patio" and our apartment you have a beautiful panoramic view over the area. The village square is just 400m from the apartment and it is the beating heart of this town surrounded by restaurants and bars. Also just around the corner: a wider range of shops and services including banks, pharmacy, dentist etc. Every Wednesday there is also a small street market. The towns of Torrevieja and La Zenia are close by and they offer a huge range of international supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, water parks, night life and much more including La Zenia Mall, the biggest shopping center in the Alicante region, an American-style open-air shopping mall with Mediterranean accent. Algorfa is a golfer's paradise with the superb 5 star 18-hole La Finca Course on its doorstep and numerous other high quality golf courses within easy reach, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor (also recommended: 1 hour drive to the famous La Manga Club with its 3 golf courses). Guardamar del Segura is a bustling Spanish town in the summer and a popular holiday resort for holiday makers with the best beaches in Spain – stretching as far as the eye can see and with crystal-clear water. The 11km long "blue flag" beach of sand dunes is fringed by pine and eucalyptus forests making it a unique almost paradise which is never overcrowded – not even in the summer time. It also offers numerous fine restaurants, many specializing in the local cuisine, as well as shops and bars. We recommend to organize a rental car.
