Rural farm-Spacious triple bedroom with en suite
Our farmhouse is in a quiet remote spot with far reaching stunning views and a market town only 2 miles away. Easy road access and parking. The large bedroom, within its own section of the house, has comfortable double and single beds, shower en-suite, tea/coffee. Guest sitting room with woodburner and Sky TV, access to garden with patio seating. Self service breakfast laid in guest dining room. Our 110 acre cattle farm is open for you to enjoy and explore on the doorstep. Dog friendly too! The en suite bedroom is very spacious, bright and calm which has part fitted furniture and a large work station. The comfortable private sitting room for guest is very relaxing, with a cosy woodburner and Sky TV. French doors lead out to a large garden with sunny patio seating area where views can be enjoyed and evening sunset experienced. Self service continental style breakfast is included. Freshly home cooked breakfast (£5) or evening meals (£7) payable during stay, please contact for more information and food options. The position of our farmhouse provides lots of private outdoor space within the garden and direct access to acres of grassland fields beyond, but is also close to Market Harborough for convenience. Please note that check in times may have to be later on a Saturday (6pm) and a Sunday (5pm). Can confirm this at time of booking or enquiry. Dogs £10 per stay to Joanna. We also have 2 double bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom, or private bathroom by arrangement, on AirBnB. Good access from the public road down the private gravel drive, leading to extensive parking by front door of farm house. We are happy to help with any queries at all times during your stay, and if not within the house, usually nearby and contactable by mobile. Our 110 acre cattle farm is open for you to enjoy and explore. The farm house opens directly onto fields and it is possible to walk across our private grass fields and linking up with many beautiful walks available on the public footpaths that criss-cross the area. One of which is the Jurassic Way which we sit directly on, and the Brampton Valley Way national cycle route, only a mile away. The local roads are also quiet and suitable for a stroll. We are just outside the village of East Farndon within eye shot of the church and are lucky enough to have the attractive historical town of Market Harborough very close at only just 2 miles away. Renowned for its pretty streets of independent shops and restaurants. Lovely country pubs are also plentiful in nearby villages. Road Links Easy access to A14/M1/M6 making many attractions very reachable. J2 A14 only 3 miles. Rail Links Market Harborough is on the London to Sheffield line, just 1 hour from London. As a working farm there can be some farm vehicle and animal noise at times.
