20 minutes to Overland Park and down down KCMO. Large room, 12' x 11', huge walk in closet. Off street parking, 1 1/2 baths, microwave, washer/dryer, dining and large living area, all fully furnished including towels/linens. Adjustable Sleep Number twin sized mattress so you can get comfortable. You might have all three floors to yourself or there might be one or two other male renters. Ask and I can let you know. Walking distance to IHOPU, short drive to the worship center and prayer room . A security deposit isn't charged up front, it isn't charged at all unless you damage something, so don't worry about that. You have access to all the rooms except the other bedrooms. Since I'm not living here and I have a lock box so you can check in and out at your convenience, I won't meet you. I will be available by phone if you need anything. Or I'm just a 10 minute drive away if it's necessary that I visit.
