From touch sensitive bedside lamps to trouser presses even a spare razor; toothbrush; shower cap, sewing kit etc. Everything is designed around you relaxing and having the best experience possible. A sound system, throws & candles make for a perfect evening by the canal. Hosting two bedrooms, one with a king that can be split into two singles on request, a standard double bed and a bed settee in the living room. Canal View has everything you should ever need. An ironing board, iron washer dryer. Cooker, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, even an air fryer. We also supply herbal teas, tea, coffee and sugar. Two eco dots and Hive including Alexa activated heating. The bathroom hosts a power shower and a bath. Complimented with complimentary shower gel, hand gel and moisturiser. Oh and some scales to see if you actually need to do the canal walk. Direct access straight on to the canal tow path. No stairs or ramps. Ideal if you are disabled. Everything is very private with no one overlooking. FREE parking is directly outside the front door. We also have a second space available on request. We will be available for any help on request. Otherwise your privacy is 100% respected. The apartment is in a rural location, yet everything you may need is minutes away - Including - railway station; airport; restaurants; pubs and great walks. The marina is a 5 min walk to the right and a canal side pub with great food is an hours walk (a very beautiful canal side walk) to the left. Other pubs and restaurants are 2 mins walk away. We offer free parking and private easy ground floor access. Good bus routes - lots of taxi companies. Train station 5 mins walk, Leeds Bradford airport is less than 10 mins (not rush hour) in a car. All phone numbers are in the pack in the apartment. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants is only minutes. Even a great cafe over the road serving A full English. You will be staying in a residential block with 5 other apartments. 4 of which are peoples homes. We respectfully ask that you acknowledge this and keep all noise to a minimum. Furthermore if you smoke we insist you smoke a distance from the front outside door as the smoke can linger in the hallway from outside. This is a tranquil area. Whilst your stay has to be amazing we ask that you respect the tranquility and respect of the other residents. I hope you understand our ethos. This is a very quiet ground floor apartment literally overlooking the canal. It is exceptionally private, very cosy and modern. We pride ourselves on everything being immaculately clean. Everything is very good quality and maintained to the highest standards. IN THE EVENT 4 GUESTS OR MORE STAY AND ALL REQUIRE SEPARATE BEDS- A DOUBLE BED - BOTH SINGLES CAN BE SET UP AND THE SOFA BED CAN BE USED - ON REQUEST. There is an extra charge of £20 per stay for this. We also charge £10 it you require the king bed splitting into singles.
