Penthouse/King size bed/own bathroom/stunning view

A large bright open penthouse apartment located in downtown Allerød, 3 minutes walk to the station and just 20 minutes by train from Copenhagen. There is one double bedroom with your own TV and bathroom available to rent. I live at the apartment too, so we will share the kitchen. My apartment is large, bright and comfortable with secure underground parking, elevator and the full range of modern appliances, Broadband and cable TV. The guest bedroom is at the front of the building overlooking the forest. The bedroom is a good size with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a TV with access to a full range of channels. You also have a private bathroom with a large shower area. One double bedroom with private bathroom. Use of kitchen, living room and dining room. Washing machine and tumble dryer can also be used when needed. Use of free and secure underground parking available. Sometimes I'll be at the apartment, but I also travel quite a bit. The rest of the time I'll be here and we can share the living areas and kitchen. At all times you will have a private bathroom as there is one at each end of the apartment. There's a large living room with TV and the dining table seats 6. There are also balconies with tables and chairs where you can eat, have a drink or just sit and enjoy the views over the woodlands close by. I'm right in the middle of town on the end of the pedestrian high street just opposite the supermarket Rema1000, and just 3 minutes walk from the forest and train station. Trains from here take just 30 minutes to Central Copenhagen and 10 minutes to the beautiful town of Hillerød with its historic castle and lake. The stunning north coast of Zealand is just 25 minutes drive away. The train and bus station are just 3 minutes walk from my apartment. Trains into Central Copenhagen take just 30 minutes and run every 10 minutes all day and late into the night. I have an extra Rejsekort (Oyster equivalent) which you can use and just pay me for the travel costs. It's by far the cheapest way to use the public transport system and works on all buses, trains and metro counytrwide. Just let me know in advance if you need me to leave this for you. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, underfloor heating in the bathroom and the views from all windows and terraces are wonderful. If you're driving here, there's parking under the building in kvickly's two-storey parking building. This is accessed via Fritz Hansensvej. If you arrive after 8pm then until you have collected the keys you will need to park on the ground level. When you have the keys you can access the secure underground parking. From there the elevator comes straight up to the apartment.
