The best swimming, surfing and fishing beaches the Dolphin Coast has on offer are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill. Ushaka Marine world is a 40 minute drive away. Mahogany House is all about open plan living. It's the prefect place to host big family gatherings or that special occasion. The elegant living room and dining area flow effortlessly out onto the deep covered patio. From here watch the children play in the garden or frolic in the swimming pool. Upstairs there are three luxury bedrooms each with full en-suite bathroom DSTV and aircon. The upstairs living room is has a wonderful view across the lush valley to the ocean. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs. These are both ensuite, have their own DSTV and aircon. They enjoy access to the garden and pool and are great for guests who don't manage well with stairs. The entire property is yours to enjoy. I'll be there to welcome you. There is a very strict no noise policy as there are close neighbors. Happy children noise is very welcome. Rowdy adult voices at night are not. There is secure parking for 4+ guests vehicles. This property is pet friendly for small animals on request only. The swimming pool is not fenced but is fitted with a safety net.
