Cozy apartment with panoramic views of the mountains and Neuschwanstein Castle
Our apartment "Beim Haas": Bayerniederhofen, covers about 58m² living space in 1. First floor of a new building and was completed in late 2017. Living room / kitchen are very bright, with uninterrupted views of the mountain range. From the living room you can look (with a good view) at Neuschwanstein Castle. Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the north side. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom bright tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high quality vinyl. The furniture consists of new furniture, etc. -> all "further information" you will find below in the text ... Access to the apartment via the external staircase on the west side. There is a parking space directly at the entrance. *** Living space & sleeping places (occupancy for 2 persons): - approx. 27.4m² living / dining room incl. fully equipped kitchen - 12m² bedroom with box spring bed 180x200cm and a travel cot "Additional sleeping possibility possible on request" - approx. 8m² bathroom with washstand, shower, toilet, - about 6sqm hallway - 1m² storage room - 3,5m² west balcony *** Miscellaneous: - 1 car parking space *** Fresh linen and towels and (kitchen roll, toilet paper, Spülmaschinentabs for the early days) vacuum cleaner, spices, coffee machine etc ... are of course available. BBQ is available on request. Our guests have free Wi-Fi available. A flat-screen TV and a radio are also available. Bicycles and prams can be parked in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges are available free of charge. In summer, sun loungers and barbecue are available on request. Arrival from 15 clock and departure until 10 clock. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible in agreement with landlord, if on the same day no other guests arrive or depart. *** Standard rental rate: 60.- € per night for 2 people Per additional guest per night 10.- € Children under 2 years per night 4.- € * Peak season: 75.- € per night for 2 people Per additional guest per night 10.- € Children under 2 years per night 4.- € * We ask for a deposit of 25%, the balance is due in cash on arrival, * Minimum stay 6 nights; possibly 4 nights on request with surcharge of 20,00 Euro per day If it is possible for our guests, we look forward to 7-day or 14-day bookings with arrival / departure on Saturday *** Cancellation Policy: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Please understand that in the case of short-term cancellations, the full travel price has to be paid, as long as we are unable to re-let the apartment in the near future. Final cleaning: we ask NO final cleaning !! But we ask our guests to leave the apartment on departure "swept clean". If possible, remove beds and dispose of the garbage. (Residual waste bin and compost at the house of course available.) Green bag (plastic) and bottles please dispose of yourself. THANK YOU.. Tourist tax per night: adults € 0.95 (May-Sept € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-Sept € 0.70), children under 6 years are free.
