A bright and spacious first floor 1 bed apartment in an elegant Victorian building with high ceilings and pleasant garden views. Located on a wide, quiet and leafy one-way street with short-term on-street parking and 24 hour long-term parking located 3 mins walk away in a car park (£5.30 for 24 hours). 5 mins walk from shops (M&S Food), cafes, restaurants, banks etc. 10mins walk to station (1 hr direct to Charing Cross, London) and 12 mins walk to the Village area and Pantiles tourist area. Light and airy inside with contemporary decor. Fast Wifi, Smart tv, quality mattress for a good night’s sleep, fluffy towels. The apartment will suit couples (with or without a small person or two), friends travelling together, solo adventurers and business travellers. On-street parking is available on Beulah Road outside of ‘residents only’ times (10-11 and 2-3). For longer parking periods, there are a number of long stay car parks nearby. Our favourite is located off Camden Road (at the bottom of Beulah Road turn left, then first left) and is just 3-5mins walk from the apartment. At this car park 24 hour parking is available for £5.30 per day or starting at £1.40 for 1 hour, £2.30 for two hours and so on. We leave you to enjoy your visit in peace. If you need us, we can be contacted by mobile. The apartment is located on a quiet wide leafy one-way road and yet is close to shops, pubs, restaurants, the theatre. All of central Tunbridge Wells is within walking distance. On street parking is available and car parks a few minutes walk away. The railway station is 10 mins walk away. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbours in terms of noise. These old buildings are less well sound-proofed than newer ones. In particular, please moderate the volume of noise in the evening (tv in the lounge or voices generally) as this is located exactly above the bedroom of the downstairs flat. Thank you.
