We have 15 properties at Fairview Farm Log Cabins in Ravenshead Nottingham. The Upside Down Home set in the stunning countryside in rural Nottinghamshire, near Robin Hood's Sherwood Forest. Enjoy a relaxing break with spectacular views over the fields, or for a more adventure packed stay you can enjoy the local attractions. We also have fantastic walks around the farm and good cycle routes, the whole farm is open to guests with big open fields to play in and ponies to see and groom if you wish. With excellent views over the countryside, the living area upstairs takes advantage of this and looks out on to the natural landscape, with the bedrooms and a second bathroom located downstairs. This homely self-catering house located in rural North Nottinghamshire comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom downstairs and an additional single bed in the living area to accommodate up to 5 guests. We do have additional beds available so that the property can sleep 7 guests. It has freeview and Wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen and en suite toilet & shower room. There is a lovely patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and paddocks and safe, private parking next to the property. There is a separate entrance downstairs to access the bedrooms, and a spiral staircase within the property. You can walk any where on our farm which has 87 acres and lovely fields to explore. My staff and I are available 24 hrs as we all live on the farm and we never turn our phones off, so if you need us just ring at anytime. Fairview Farm Stud is a very safe place with secure parking and very well lit with pretty lights. We are within 1 mile of 6 nice pub restaurants and fantastic woods to walk or cycle in and we have Newstead Abbey which is lovely, and then very close to us we have Wheelgates Children’s adventure and White Post farm park, Clumber Park and Rufford Park, Sherwood Forest, Go Ape and Go Karting, golf, swimming and off road buggy rides. We recommend a car and we have safe secure parking next to each cabin and we also have storage for bikes free of charge. There is a bus stop right outside our gates for a bus in to Nottingham. We have a games and social room which is open all the time and has free WiFi and an outdoor children’s play area.
