Well equipped small countryhouse + private garden

The house is only 40 m2, but it has all that you need for a short or long stay. The private garden is fenced and there are garden furniture and a barbeque. You can park your car right next to the house. There's no television, but there's wifi. You need a car to get here. If you like the countryside then book here, if you prefer to be surrounded by shops and restaurants then book another place please. Two single beds in the bedroom and if you have children, we have two mattresses suitable for children to put on the floor in the living room. Children under 2 years old are free of charge if they sleep in their own equipment or sleep with you in your beds. In the kitchen you have a fridge (no freezer), oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine + utilities for cooking + oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. The water is clean and drinkable. The house is surrounded by fields. We live on the plot too but will not disturb you. We have a dog, a cat, chickens and in the summer, we have pigs and ducks in the field. Our place is calm and quiet. You can bring your pets. There's a fee of 75 kr./10€ for the whole period. The house and the small garden is for you only - private. I will be at your disposal if you need anything or have any questions. Please let me know if something is not satisfying and give me the chance to fix it. Our house is in the countryside, but with a car you can reach many interesting and charming places like Holbæk, Ringsted and Sorø within just 20 minutes. In 40 minutes you are in Roskilde where you find the Cathedral (Unesco) and the Viking Museum. In 40 minutes you can reach several great beaches and in 60 minutes you are in Copenhagen. If you like the nature, we have beautiful nature, forests, lakes and hiking tracks only 10 minutes from the house. You need a car and you can park for free right next to the house. Children under 2 years are free of charge when they sleep in their own baby bed/cot or with the parents in their beds. I have no equipment for babies, so bring your own. Pets: 75 kr/10€ for the whole period. Pay when you arrive. Remove leftings from your dog/cat in the garden and water where it has peed. Don't smoke inside please and don't throw cigarette butts anywhere.
