Valley Farm Caravan-3 bedrooms-close to the beach

This is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS caravan so please respect this. Thank you. Clean and well looked after 3 bedroom caravan. Double glazing throughout, new carpets & sofas. Launderette on site as well as other amenities such as pools, clubhouse and bar (check opening months as not open all year) and passes can be purchased from the park. Short walk/bus ride to local town and beach. Own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels must be brought by you. Duvets & pillows can be provided. COVID-19 UPDATE Please note this is a caravan for families or for professionals needing a space to stay close to work. ⭐️Groups of young adults are not allowed by the park⭐️ This caravan is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive and guests are asked to clean regularly during their stay as they would at home. Great for families, but also professionals looking for somewhere to stay for work. ⭐️⭐️Please note there is a minimum of 2 nights booking - or 3 if a 1 day gap would be left. Please check the dates selected.⭐️⭐️ It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with seated dining area and a large lounge. There are two bathrooms - one with a toilet and sink and one with a shower and sink. New carpet and laminate flooring has been laid throughout. Also brand new sofas. Double glazed caravan. Plenty of space. Most amenities on site, and close by, are open, but not swimming pools or live shows yet. The whole caravan. Use of all the site facilities are available too during opening months but some (swimming) may require a pass. Due to the current situation some amenities may be closed or restricted. Very quiet throughout the year with some residents on the site all months. Relaxing environment with amenities you can access on site. The caravan park will be busier during holiday months. The beach and other seaside attractions are very close by. The bus stop is right outside although everything is within walking distance. Parking on site. This listing has been updated in relation to the current COVID-19 situation. The caravan will be cleaned thoroughly after every use and I expect guests to clean toilets, handles and all surfaces often during their stay. Antibacterial wipes/spray and other cleaning materials are always provided. Please leave the caravan clean and tidy. Thank you. ⭐️Please bring pillow cases, king size sheet, single sheets and a double and single duvet covers. We also advise you bring your own pillows and duvets too but they are there if you wish to use them.⭐️ Towels are not provided. This caravan does not have central heating but has plug in heaters. During winter months it is advisable to bring hot water bottles. The caravan is double glazed throughout so does not get as cold as most caravans. Wifinity is available on the caravan park. It is free in the restaurant and clubhouse. In the caravan you get a certain amount free and then choose options to pay for WiFi for your entire stay if you wish. Parking is very close by but you will need to walk past about 5 caravans to get to this one. Please do not drive or park on the grass. Please respect the house rules. Thank you.
