Beautiful refurbished cottage with a modern twist

A recently refurbished 3 bedroom cottage in a quiet village called Sandon. Ideal for walkers and cycling enthusiasts. The well known town of Maldon within 15 minutes drive known for its riverside pubs and restaurants. The city of Chelmsford is also 15 minutes away. Paper Mill lock and other beauty spots nearby. The cottage can sleep 5 with a dual sided log burner for cosy winter nights but all the mod cons. Please note we do not host children under the age of 12. The cottage is not suited to young children or people with mobility challenges due to the stairs. It also has a height restriction in part of the kitchen of approx 5ft 10" to note and some doorways. The property has a local property manager who will be contactable on her mobile and email. She is within easy driving distance to attend to any issues. The cottage is in a rural location with lovely views over the countryside. There are many walks in the immediate vicinity or within a short drive. There are no local shops within walking distance so a car is essential. The closest shop/pub is approx 1.5 miles. I would recommend a car or bikes for the duration of your stay. Please note that we do not permit hen/stag parties and do not encourage groups other than couples. Groups of individuals will need to be approved. This is for the benefit of our elderly neighbours who we do not wish to be disturbed by loud music etc.
