Dreamhome for those who want peace and quiet but still close to communications towards the Stockholmcity. The house is located in the idyllic Årsta Havsbad.2 min to busstop to Västerhaninge, 25 min by car to Södermalm(3 parkingplaces for free). This house is our relaxationplace that we love to be in. Close to 4 golf courses, forest, 2 min walk to the sea, 3 min to tennis courts, 5 min to restaurant, 2 min to ferry towards Utö, 2 min to bus stop to Västerhaninge, 25 min by car to Södermalm. New kitchen, new bedroom, newly built parking with lanterns (space for about 3 cars), 70 sqm outside porch , washingmachine, heating floor in bathroom, dishwasher, wifi, 3 TVs, 500 sqm plot for games and relaxation. Sitting by the sea is one of my favourite places. Or sitting by the restaurant walking distance from home. This area is very quiet from sep to may. 2 minutes walk to busstation and the bus takes you to Västerhaninge (16 min). And then train directly to Stockholm city (33 min). A lots of wonderful paths around this area in forest or near by the sea.
