25 Pains Way, a cosy and quiet two bedroom semi-detached property located in Amesbury, a small town sitting on the River Avon. Fifteen minutes away from the Cathedral city of Salisbury and 5 miles away from Stonehenge & 1.5 miles from Woodhenge, and a 40 min drive to Avebury. Easy access to the A303 for London and very close to Quinetic Boscombe Down and DSTL / PHE Porton Down. Pains Way has 1 double master bedroom with built-in storage, a good size single bedroom with twin beds and enough room for a travel cot (provided on site with bedding). Suitable for 2 Adults and up to 3 children. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs we have an airy lounge with desk space allowing you an area to work or somewhere to rest and watch the television. Fully functional kitchen, with gas cooker, washing machine, and dining area. The conservatory overlooks the patio garden, particularly nice on a sunny evening with a glass of something refreshing watching the sun go down. The fenced in, private garden has a patio area with tete a tete seating and outside clothesline, leading to a small bistro set and steps down to the shrubbery. Off street driveway parking. The property is solely for booked guest use, no shared spaces. The property is accessed via Keysafe and the regularly changed code is issued to guests on the morning of check-in. The property is secured with a "Ring" video doorbell. Amesbury is a small town situated on the River Avon. Lords Walk which gives you a unique view of the River Avon as well as a walk down the Lime Tree way leading to the Church where it houses a clock that is believed to have been built in the 15th Century for the Benedictine Abbey. Stonehenge is a 2-mile walk from the town centre and Woodhenge just north of the town is another site of neolithic interest. The property is protected by a "Ring" video doorbell.
