On the edge of a quiet, quintessential English village, this spacious 4 bedroom house (with pool!) is the perfect pace to relax and explore Cotswolds country. The village itself offers two award winning pub / restaurants (Wild Rabbit and Plough - 5-10 minute walk to both) and the local area is a hotspot for great walks, stunning scenery and places to visit (Blenheim Palace, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Camden, Broadway, Chipping Norton, Charlbury and Burford to name a few!) The house boasts: - 4 double bedrooms (one which can be used as a twin on request) - a huge open-plan living area encompassing the kitchen (with breakfast island), dining area and sun room, as well as a lounge that can be part of the living space or separated off with a sliding divider-wall to create a cosy snug in-front of the fire - perfect for those winter nights! The sun room and dining area look out onto a large garden that is also home to a 7m pool (only available to use May - September inclusive). There are three bathrooms in the property (including one en-suite) and the master bedroom also has its own bath. The entire home benefits from underfloor heating, which is always on, so the place is toasty on the feet at all times.
