The Hayloft boutique apartment with Uberfast WIFI

Rural bliss yet only 15 mins drive from Gatwick. Superking size bed in a double aspect room, kitchen and bathroom in spacious, private apartment. The sitting room has an L-shaped sofa bed and is ensuite to the bathroom so will only work as a bedroom for close friends or family of those in the main room! The Loft is beautifully furnished, peaceful and has stunning views, own front door, secure parking, WIFI and loads of local delights to explore from Brighton beach to our village pub! The Hayloft is newly renovated and freshly painted with new kitchen and bathroom. Wooden floors throughout so you know for sure that it is spotlessly clean! The bedroom has far reaching views, a super king size bed with crisp, white linen, WIFI, TV (with Freeview & DVD), desk and chaise longue. The sitting room (which is ensuite to the bathroom) has a sofa bed with crisp white linen and WIFI, TV (with Freeview & DVD). Bathroom with bath and shower, luxury towels and toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge and breakfast bar for two for you to prepare your own drinks and breakfast. The Hayloft does not have a dining table. It is perfect for two people and cosy for four, who are ideally close friends or family members, as the sitting room/sofa bed is ensuite to the bathroom. The Hayloft is situated above our garage and completely separate from our house. We have a large garden with pond which we hope you will enjoy, at your own risk. We will make every effort to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We are blessed to live in a beautiful place which we look forward to sharing with you. It is a unique and wonderful family home but not a 5* hotel! We are a family of four. My husband is American, I am English. Our grown up children are sometimes home for the weekend. We have two black labradors and twenty or so wild Mallard who waddle about the place like they own it! We live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but only 15 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport. Win win! Quiet country lane - it doesn't get much more rural than here. We have two village pubs in Staplefield and umpteen others a little further afield. An M&S Simply Food at Pease Pottage. Village shops in Handcross, Balcombe and Cuckfield. Cuckfield is boutique heaven with gorgeous clothes, antique and lifestyle shops along with two Co-Ops, multiple pubs and tea shops. Oh yes and a fabulous spa at Ockendon Manor too. Lindfield is another beautiful village with a super selection of shops and restaurants. If you are looking for the bright lights then you can easily take the train to London or Brighton. Please also see the Guidebook which appears below, highlighting just a few of the local delights! Balcombe train station is our closest public transport with trains to London or Brighton and anywhere inbetween. Otherwise there are local taxi firms. Great biking and walking country with endless foot and bridlepaths cutting through beautiful woods and farmland. Many have stayed here happily without a car but ideally one would want a car when staying here. You will find breakfast basics including an extensive selection of tea, coffee and cereal, milk, OJ, fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam and marmalade in the kitchen - enough for your first couple of mornings. Also bottled water by your bed. The base price for the Hayloft covers two people sleeping in the main bedroom. Should two guests want separate bedrooms, the additional guest charge will apply.
