Luxury Lake Side Holiday Lodge Sleeps 4

This is a beautiful lake side luxury private holiday lodge. It has 2 bedrooms so can sleep up to 4 people. This is for the entire place. It is situated in a quiet area of billing aquadrome holiday park. It has private parking for 1 car, private decking and a private garden area. Situated on a private lake, you can relax on the decking. The area is quiet and tranquil with ducks, swans, moor hens on the lake. 55” smart tv with Netflix in main lounge and a tv and DVD player in master bedroom. Detached Private Lake Side Lodge for private use. You are renting the whole unit privately. Our lodge provides wonderful, relaxing self catering accommodation with a fully fitted kitchen, central heating and a family bathroom and includes free parking right next to the lodge for 1 car plus free WiFi. Please note only one car will be permitted per stay. The kitchen has all utensils and crockery you will need to cater for a lovely holiday. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob and large fridge and freezer. There is private WiFi and two digital TVs, one 55” in the lounge (with Netflix included) and a smaller TV in the master bedroom with built in DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower with a rain head and also a hose head. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also private decking with patio furniture so you can sit and enjoy the sun or watch the wildlife on the private lake. You have full access to the whole property for yours and your families private use. We do not live on site. This is rental of the entire lodge. This is a self check property and we will send you all the instructions you need before you arrive. The lodge runs on gas bottles (not mains gas) 47kg bottles which last around a month over the winter period. Excessive use of gas will be chargeable as an extra. Ie if you use a full bottle in a week. The cost per bottle is £80 so I’m sure you realise why we have to mention this. We don’t live on site and this is a self check in property so we won’t get to meet. However we are available via Airbnb for the duration of your stay. Billing Aquadrome is a 235-acre holiday park destination in the picturesque Nene Valley, right in the heart of Northamptonshire. It’s a great place for families and couples looking to enjoy a pleasant break and some quality time in the countryside. Our lodge facilities are perfect for whole families, couples or small groups. Billing aquadrome is one of the largest holiday parks in the UK, so there’s plenty for you to get up to. Whichever way you like to unwind, you can do it here. Swim, fish, play, eat, drink, shop, relax. Most importantly: enjoy. As the name suggests, the park specialises in water-related fun, but there’s enjoyment to be had on land too. So no matter whether you’re a swimmer or a splasher, this is the place for you. Little ones can enjoy a round of adventure golf, enjoy a ride on our miniature railway and hours of excitement in our soft indoor play area. Adults can enjoy a nice meal at The Venue Restaurant – which offers magnificent views of the marina. There are two on site shops, a launderette and bar with entertainment. There is also now an outdoor aqua park and fairground here during the summer season. It’s best to drive to our lodge as the park is so big. There is free parking at the lodge for no more than 2 vehicles. You can then walk around the park or you can drive to whichever facilities you wish to use. We provide a (Hidden by Airbnb) maps link to help you find the lodge. Please note the lodge is at the opposite end of the park to the main gate so if you arrive by bus or train there will be quite a walk from the main gate. Also if you arrive by car, I need to know in advance your registration number so I can get a car pass. The leisure centre is not a free of charge centre. If guests require leisure passes which allow use of the indoor pool and fishing lakes these can be pre-booked in advance or purchased when you check in. The additional cost is £17 per person per week/part week for any extra passes. These must be requested direct to the park and will be an extra charge. For less than 4 night stays the leisure passes are an extra charge at £5 per person per day. Bookable and payable direct to the park. If you Intend on arriving by car you will require a car pass, we will need your registration number in advance to book the car pass (if we receive no reg number then the car will not be allowed onto the park).
